More than one of us

This particular piece relates to Multiple-personality disorder, this is something that puzzles me more than any mental disorder. The fact that someone can be two (or more) people at once is a very mysterious and scary thing. This painting explores the birth of the disorder, showing the woman's consciousness splitting in two directions. The bold image representing her true self, and the faded version representing her 'other' self. This 'other' will slowing become more apparent until there is equality of control.
